Gold sponsorship includes 6 registrations, silver sponsorship includes 4 registrations and bronze sponsorship includes 2 registrations.
The conference fee for sponsors includes:
- Participation in all sessions
- Conference material
- Sandwich Thursday and lunches Friday & Saturday
- Coffee breaks
The social arrangements are not included in the package.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellations must be sent in writing to VisitAalborg. If a cancellation for the social events is received before 1 April, 2011, we can cancel the participation for the event free of charge. If a cancellation for the social events is received after 1 April, 2011 and/or the participant fails to attend, the entire fee has to be paid. Substitutes will be accepted at any time provided that VisitAalborg is informed of the change, and that the substitute participant has not been previously registered.
