Abstratcs: Instructions
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION NORD COAG 2011

Please read the text below carefully before submitting your abstract.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS:
All abstracts submitted will receive an answer before the 5'th of May 2011.

Abstract submitted and accepted will be printed in the NordCoag2011 programme and presented at the postersession on friday the 27th of May at lunchtime. The posters should be available for your collegeas to read from 8 o´clock friday morning. The posters will be judge by an expert panel, and the best poster will be awarded. The maximum size of the poster must be 110 cm in width and 170 cm in height.

RULES FOR SUBMISSION:
Abstracts must be registered electronically:
Between 1 February and 15 April 2011 through this website.
Material not submitted through this website will not be accepted.

» The abstract submitted must be the original work of the author(s) and there must be no duplication of material by others.

» All figures and tables should be prepared in English.

» Abstract is to be no more than 300 words.

» The official language of the Meeting is English.

» Only submission followed with a registration will be reviewed.

Important:

The abstract including figures and tables is to be uploaded as one single file either in word format or as a pdf file.


THE UPLOADED DOCUMENT SHOULD CONTAIN:
Page 1:
Name of presenter: Name of the person who will be presenting the work at the meeting.

Email:
This email address will be used for all correspondence regarding your submission.

Address: The contact address of the submitting person/institution.

Institution: If different institutions are involved please use a numbering system.

Page 2:
Title of abstract: Please enter the title in normal script with the first letter in each main word in capitals.

Content: Please submit your work in English and make sure that you use an International or Western European character set.

The form of the abstract is:
- Background
- Hypothesis
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusions

At the end of the file pictures, graphs and tables should follow embedded in the document after page 2.
